*If you are interested in commissioning something and you do not see the specific thing listed, let me know and I can determine pricing and do-ability. Keep in mind as well any not definite prices are subject to change based on complexity. Nothing will exceed $30. Ref sheets may also be raised in price based on complexity.

Adopts & YCH Info
ADOPT T.O.S. (credit to Terrific-Adopts on DeviantArt)
All adopt payments are made in USD through Paypal.
Holds are only allowed for up to 3 days.
If payment is not received within 10 hours after I respond to purchase or agreed upon date, the adopt will be put up for sale again.
After purchase has been cleared, you'll receive a full resolution file of the adopt with a transparent background.
Reselling/Trading/Gifting
Reselling is allowed.
You may not resell the adopt for more than what you paid unless it comes with extra art you commissioned. You may NOT raise the price to account for personal art YOU made for the adopt.
You may not resell an adopt you got in a trade under any circumstances.
You may not trade or resell an adopt you received for free. (i.e: as a gift)
Gifting however is allowed.
Ownership
I retain all legal rights to my design. For this reason, my adopts are for non-commercial use only. (aka my adopts may not be used in anything that will turn up a profit be it games, books , art pieces, merchandise, comics etc.)
Once you buy the adopt it's yours to use as you please for non-commercial purposes.
You may not claim to be the creator of the design, only the owner of the character.
You must credit me as the creator of the design.
Editing
You are free to make minor edits to your adopt as you please as long as the adopt is still recognizable.
(i.e: Gender, Hair color/length, eye color, skin color, clothes, etc. etc.)
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS MY ART ALLOWED TO BE TRACED, COPIED, OR REFRENCED.
Owner of adopt in question is free to use the artwork for page-sitters, character profiles sites, etc.
YCH T.O.S. (credit to Holy-Halestorm on DeviantArt)
Depending on YCH I WILL do:
-Anthro
-Original species
I will NOT do:
-TV/Canon characters
-Suggestive art of underage characters
-Protogens
-Reptiles (not definite, ask)
Please have non-clothed and non-shaded ref.
Make sure the ref is current!!! I will not go back and edit if it was wrong due to miscommunications and non up to date refs.
I do not use 3D models as refs, I will not accept if this is all you have.
WIPs will only be given if you have purchased multiple YCHs.
I have the right to deny any character.
I won't do any character I feel is above my skill level.

-GENERAL TERMS-
Please write in a clear and nice manner.
Provide neat references.
Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
Follow the rules provided for commissions, YCH's or adoptables.
If you fail to follow any rules given I have the right to decline your commission.
-PAYMENT-
All commissions will be payed after the final sketch has been approved.
I accept USD only, unless you commission me through amino.
I will send a link directly to my paypal in order for you to send the payment.
(paypal charges a minor fee for sending money, that is why prices may seem a bit high for my style)
-PROCESS-
In the beginning I will send you a link to the form I need you to fill out. Once you have filled the form out I will let you know I have received it.
(Keep in mind that Work In Progress will be given only at request after the first sketch is approved. (For me this is the unfinished piece at any point when asked for it))
A finished sketch will be sent to make sure everything is correct. It is not easy to make sure every detail is perfect as I don't picture the exact same thing nor do I know the character as well as the commissioner does. Therefore I ask the commissioner be responsible for speaking up and letting me know what to edit.
The time for your commission to be completed can take up to two weeks (unless stated otherwise). Usually normal commissions take 2-7 days. Factors that do affect these are school, health, order of commission, complexity and possibly others.
(If any of the above things stated occur, you will be notified immediately.)
-CUSTOMER SATISFACTION-
I will do everything I can to make a customer happy. However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made. (small coloring/marking mistakes)
Any great changes will come with an extra charge. (such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, or anything that requires me to redraw it completely)
If your reference is unclear to start with, I am not to blame for small mistakes. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for to avoid such things.
-COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY-
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to; Promote myself, publish, display it anywhere to my liking, and post it wherever I want. (Pfp, social media, promotions, etc.)
The commissioner is allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right to their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
The following is considered Copyright Infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money off of it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.
A purchase of commercial rights to the artwork will always be 150% of the original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with it.
Credit is still required for usage of artwork, even if altered or edited.
Private commissions will always come with a 40% fee
-CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY-
I have the right to cancel your commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
I only provide a refund if I have not begun working on finishing the commissioned art.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be redacted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will be forbidden to ever commission me, Taavi, ever again.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere, I want others to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.

-Relationships displaying minors and majors together
(if you are unsure please ask, I am always allowed to turn something down if it makes me uncomfortable)
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
